Quick and dirty metal shaping involves a simple process called drop bending, where a piece of material is bent into shape using a forceful motion. The material in question has a width of approximately 12 inches (325 mm) and can be as thick as 0.2 inches (5mm). A significant amount of pressure, roughly equivalent to a 10-ton weight, is required to achieve the desired bend.
