A Unicorn Head Nightlight Features a Unique Design. The head and horn are printed separately for easy assembly, designed to be used with small LED lights. A bar in the middle of the head provides a secure hook for the light, ensuring it stays firmly in place. A similar bar at the bottom of the horn, near the opening, allows you to easily attach the light. However, pushing the light past the bar in the horn can be tricky, and I recommend printing at a larger scale rather than a smaller one. An anchor at the bottom of the head provides a convenient way to tie up the wire from the horn, keeping it tightly in place. I have successfully printed the Unicorn Head Nightlight using natural PLA, glow-in-the-dark green and blue PLA, and any translucent PLA should also work well. For the lights, I used one blue LED, one white LED in the head, and one red LED in the horn. These were purchased from Amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00H98OS2W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1. I used a power adapter purchased here: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B073QTNF9F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. To switch between the LEDs in the horn and head, I employed a three-terminal switch, available at this link: https://smile.amazon.com/Gardner-Bender-GSW-62-Electrical-Terminal/dp/B000HEKSB0/ref=pd_bxgy_60_img_3/137-7911674-4029762?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B000HEKSB0&pd_rd_r=411ad33d-64c6-11e9-8c99-472c1499fd9d&pd_rd_w=EP4Bs&pd_rd_wg=liuMN&pf_rd_p=a2006322-0bc0-4db9-a08e-d168c18ce6f0&pf_rd_r=1RT4F805VHAD5EA2SV63&refRID=1RT4F805VHAD5EA2SV63&th=1. A diagram for wiring a three-terminal switch is included in the pictures above.
