This is a complete set of 3D printable parts to mount a BMG direct drive extruder, 4020 fan radiator cooler, 2 of 4010 blower turbines for material cooling, E3D V6 type coldend to MGN9H HIWIN linear rails. The set was designed specifically for a new (aluminum) beam with a rail facing downwards. Description of parts: 1. *extruder.stl* : Attach the BMG feeder and stepper motor to this part, along with the BLTouch sensor. Assembled together, it lays on top of the *carriage.stl*, secured by 4 M3x25 screws. 2. *carriage.stl* : The main part is attached to the linear rail carriage using 4 M3x6 hex screws. You'll also need around 12 M2x8 screws for mounting blowers and a pair of *belt_clamp.stl*, as well as 4 M3x20 screws to attach the radiator cooling fan (4020). 3. *nozzle_L.stl*, nozzle_R.stl are designed for cooling molten plastic. The difference between them is in the size of the air nozzle to avoid BLTouch probe. They redirect air right to the top of the hotend nozzle, but could be replaced with ones of your choice/design. 4. *X/Y_endstop/trigger.stl* are self-explanatory and compatible with a new aluminum beam and portal. 5. *belt_clamp.stl* : Attach this tightly to the *carriage.stl* above the tensioned belt. 6. *cable_organizer.stl* is an optional part that can be used for proper cable management, mounted directly to the stepper motor with a pair of M3 screws.
