This is one of the ways to collect the Core XY kinematics on the UNI3d KIT-board with a steel stock rod without drilling additional holes. The variant with crossed belts, while not highly praised by many, I believe deserves life and is problem-free working! I've made some modifications to it, including adding a slot for fixing the belt at level 1, left optical endstop mounting, and replacing holes with DIN912 screws instead of bolts. Additionally, I designed individual parts, such as a simple and effective double belt tensioner GT2. The mounts for additional pulleys on levels 2 are also included. New modified stock limit switches for the rod, one of which is an X-stop, are also part of this design. I strongly recommend printing all parts from temperature-resistant plastics like ABS or PETG; PLA is not recommended! COMPLEMENTS AND METRICS: (more details here https://vk.com/doc13446907_542451726?hash=fdfde01ac960ec3f54&dl=5fb8e25f5b5763f2d0) On my 3D printer, I used two pulley spindles with teeth for a 3mm x20-tooth belt + F623ZZ bearings 4 pieces (on the rod). For the transition mounts to levels on the belt, F604ZZ bearings 8 pieces were used. To assemble the entire structure, you will need the following hardware: All DIN912 screws, I do not recommend using a screwdriver; it won't tighten them properly! The carriage mount - 4 pieces M3 x10mm (already mentioned above) The tensioner mount to the carriage - 2xM3 x25mm + 2 nylon-insert locknuts The belt fixation in the tensioner - 2xM3 x16mm + 2 nylon-insert locknuts The pulley mount on the rod - 2x20mm and 2x25mm screws + 2 regular locknuts and 4 nylon-insert locknuts, and 6 M3 washers. The mounts and pulleys for level transitions - M4 x45mm screws 2 pieces and M4 x35mm screws 6 pieces, M4 nuts 12 pieces, and M4 nylon-insert locknuts 8 pieces. The direct extruder is assembled on the BMG drive from BTT with a 22mm wide SHD. The E3DV6 hotend is also from BTT.
