This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then easily exported into various other 3D formats. Its native format remains .skp, while 3ds Max 2016 scenes are handled by default in its native format. The rendering process relies on Vray 3.00. My house mirrors that of my neighbor's layout, except for a critical difference: my kitchen is situated to the left side of the main living area. I also have a bonus room located above my garage. These adjustments impact the design of my Master Bath, Closet, and Laundry spaces. An additional exterior feature sets my home apart – a covered porch adorns the front entrance. While my neighbor's garage occupies the right-hand side of her property, mine is positioned on the left side.
