Underwater Tea Light Model: Amazon Purchase Leads to Subtraction Technique As I got this underwater tea light model from Amazon, I realized that it was possible to remove it from other models by subtracting it. My aim is to show you how to do it. Before you can do the subtraction, remember to scale the first object so that the tea light fits in properly. If not, the subtraction process might leave gaps. Here are the steps to follow: 1. Measure your parts using a digital caliper. 2. Create a quick mockup of your parts using shapesmith (.net). 3. Import your parts into Repetier-Host for cleaning up and export as an .stl file for uploading.
