Underwater cave v2
thingiverse
This is my second attempt for underwater cave. My first attempt has a lot of issues with regards to "more challenging" cleaning procedures so I stopped it during development. I liked the idea of "rock isle" where you can see the base of the rock through underwater caves but unfortunately the rocks I have are not large enough to give emphasis on the scape so I resorted with a "frankensteined" driftwood instead like the ones used in biotope setup. After printing, I coated it with clear PVC cement to prevent the layers from cracking from prolonged immersion. I did not fixed the part inside my tank, I just covered it with aquarium soil on top and some river pebbles inside the cave. Suitable for nano tanks starting from 20cm cubes. If you find my design useful and happy about it, I would appreciate a cup of coffee.
