Version 4 of the under-run protection design is presented, which is an improvement over v2. To address CreoSimulate's sensitivity to singularities, simulation screenshots include two versions of each case - one with full stress magnitudes and another showing only stresses above the material's yield point of 355MPa. This highlights that stress exceeding the yield point occurs only in notched areas. The absence of SimScale analysis is due to meshing issues, and a STEP file with a Px prefix indicates the model with split surfaces for simulation purposes. Key scope parameters include stress below 355MPa, displacement under 40mm, and lightweight construction. Measurements in Creo Parametric reveal that the model made of suggested material weighs approximately 43.24kg. Simulations results show Case P1 with a displacement of 12.5mm and Huber Stress below 355MPa, Case P2 with a displacement of 3.74mm and Huber Stress below 355MPa, and Case P3 with a displacement of 4.72mm and Huber Stress below 355MPa.
