The Underhive Poverty Outreach Team are made up of the members of the Noble Houses. They are equipped with special suits of armor, which they use to stock the many food banks found in the Underhive. Horace's role in the team, as the bionic tray-holder guy, is to descend the many flights of stairs from Tesco (Spire branch) to the underhive with an entire pallet of donated tinned pineapple chunks in each hand.
