The design of the underground waste bin was created using SolidWorks 2015. It features rendered images created with KeyShot 7, as well as detailed technical drawings for all parts and assemblies involved. These designs adhere to DIN EN 840 standards for waste containers and incorporate global standard machine elements into the hydraulic piston mechanism, along with worldwide standard profiles for chassis and bins that function using a press-open system. A critical component of this design is the lifting tool, which utilizes a hydraulic piston scissors lift with a lifting capacity of 2 tons. This allows for a rail system to be integrated, helping prevent vibrations during the lifting process. All assembly mates are accurately represented within the 3D model, leaving ample space and area to securely fix the hydraulic power unit in place. The provided technical drawings and assembly drawings are detailed, labeled with assigned materials, scaled to size, and prepared for production. File formats available: SLDPRT, SLDASM Dimensions included: Ground surface: 2.7 x 1.8 square meters Lift height: 1.4 meters Pit dimensions: 2.6 x 1.7 x 1.8 meters (volume of 8 cubic meters) Waste container dimensions: 1265 x 1115 x 1470 mm (meets DIN EN 840 standards) Dimensions for packing and transportation: 2700 x 1800 x 2850 mm
