This 3D model features an underground parking scene with numerous objects and lights already set up for rendering. The .mat file and .rps file contain render presets, textures, and maps to ensure seamless rendering. Preview pictures demonstrate the prepared settings. The project was created using 3ds Max 2018 and rendered with Mental Ray. Formats available include 3ds Max 2015-2018, 3DS, FBX, and OBJ. The model includes 75,627 vertices and 137,624 faces. There are 241 objects and 109 lights in the scene, all created as editable mesh for easy customization. Lights used are photometric rectangle lights with instances for convenience. Materials are applied in Max formats, while textures are included for all available formats.
