Underdesk Support (compatible with Fully Jarvis)

I wanted to mount my dock under my Fully Jarvis desk, preferably underneath my Jarvis desk controller, while also avoiding adding more screw holes to the desktop underside. Mounting it to the side of the controller wouldn't work because my desktop has a curve and the only remaining straight bit already had the controller mounted.Putting it under the desk would allow me to hide away much of the wiring on the desktop to the underside of the desk. And so this project was born. This is both a bit of a remix and a new design. With some adjustments, this system can be re-used for any other mounts, as long as they conform to the spacing between screw holes (11cm). The desk support:To create the vertical space required under my controller I decided to create a support/mount which re-used the screws from the controller and added two more at the back to secure to the desk. The front of the support has screw “rails” to allow you to fine tune to your needs and available space. The support "arms":I did a few test prints on an earlier design of the arms, both printing horizontally (meaning the flat side of the arm was 90deg from the bed) and another one printing with the flat side on the bed and both proved weak in strength, breaking at different points according to the layer direction. However, a version printed at a 45deg angle (flat side at 45deg from the bed) proved to be strong enough even with default perimeters.Still, worried about the possibility of the arms flexing too much and allowing the dock to fall by spreading the brackets apart, I decided to make a strengthened version. Previous discoveries apply here, so best printed at 45deg. This means the flat edges will need a bit of sanding to be perfectly smooth, but that's something I can live with. The Dock Support:To support the dock, I had been looking at @JasonLang_99641 TS4 Brackets, but that didn't have enough space for controller + dock, so I decided to create a mount to include the controller and offset the TS4 dock to under the controller. So, as one should, I remixed his mounts to my liking. Modifications include:screw+nut “rails”, allowing some some depth adjustmentsbigger chamfers on the front of the mountYou can download the files from the Remix hereAdditional Notes:All the screws, nuts and their spacings are meant for M6 screws.I used a set that is a bit too big for my liking (6x15mm screws, with a 5 (thick) x 12mm(diameter) head) so you can probably use smaller ones.Hex nuts measured at 9.8mm between horizontal sides, and the slots are meant to secure them in place and prevent them from rotating when tight.Recommended Print Settings:Filament: PETG - maybe ASA if you're worried about the heat the dock produces;Nozzle Diameter: 0.4 mm - a 0.6 probably works just as fine;Layer Height: 0.2 mm - but I recon you can get away with 0.3/0.4 layers, depending on your nozzle;Perimeters: 3 - especially on the “arms”, to strengthen them. Also print at a 45deg angle for best strength;Infill: 20-25% - but your mileage may vary, so try different settings if you want;Supports: Yes - again, choose your own settings, but I recommend supports in all parts, including the bracketsSupport Type: Snug There's space for improvement, so remixes and/or criticism are appreciated. The design was made with OnShape and can be found here.
