Underdesk Drawer - Reduced material & printing time

thingiverse

This version is an attempt to reduce the material and printing time. I printed the draft in 0.4mm and it turned out good enough. You can either use strong enough double sided tape (which works well in my case) or screws to fix the rails. Did not use a complete drawer case to not waste material where it is unnecessary. To align case and rails during mounting, simply use some tape to fix rails on the drawer and some double sided tape to pre-mount. Remove tape and drawer and fix with screws if necessary. As a stopper to prevent the drawer from sliding out accidentally, I used two small self adhesive rubber buffers.
