Undercarriage Fan Shroud for Lawsys New Carriage v2 - Solidoodle

<p>Made an underside fan duct that fits Lawsy's NEW replacement carriages - centre front v2. i have an e3d v6 on my solidoodle, i dont know if it fits with another hot end.</p> <p>It bothered me that the only fan duct out there was Lawsy's fan duct, which is made for a 30x30x5 mm fan, which is impossible to find. So i made one that can be adjusted to 30x30x7 or 30x30x10. (adjust to desired height using washers - see pictures).</p> <p>i could not get it to print, so i made a stripped down version first, printed that, used that with a 30x30x10 fan to print the actual fan shroud. For your convenience i included the temporary fan shroud as well.</p> <p>It can be printed without support standing on the face were the fan is mounted on it (picture 3). i printed this in PLA and it works just fine for 50+ print hours and counting.
