Under-shelf Hanger
thingiverse
I created this under-shelf hanger primarily for supporting my Dremel rotary tool when I am using the flexible extension shaft. This hanger will support the weight of any virtually any Dremel rotary tool, as well as many other other brands. The hanger is reinforced where it needs it and has a pronounced stop at the front end to prevent the tool from sliding off. This hanger can also be used for safety glasses, flashlights, multimeter cables, and many any other lightweight items that you might want to have handy over your workbench.I used #8 wood screws, 3/4" in length, to mount these to my pine shelves. I drilled small pilot holes and then drove the screws in with a manual screwdriver. You should print this with the shelf-mount side facing the build plate. Supports are required, since the entire hanger portion is elevated above the mount portion. You will want to use a fairly high infill for this to give this strength. I went with 50% (Grid pattern) and have found the hangers to be quite strong.
