Using my Transmitr remote mount, I discovered that the placement on the bars was satisfactory, yet not entirely ideal. Considering the location for a front derailleur or dropper post - typically situated under the bar - I set out to develop an under-bar solution for the Transmitr, which is now complete. If you have a dropper post or front derailleur, it's likely best to stick with the original on-bar design; however, if space permits, this under-bar version proves more convenient and falls naturally under your thumb.
