The frame design is intended to support a static converter weighing 1600 kg and a battery of 418 kg. The frame state material used is S275Jr, with an overall weight of 282.5 kg. To reduce weight, aluminum 6061 T6 material was employed in the under-frame construction, resulting in a total weight of 33.55 kg. A rectangular pipe structure was utilized, and a Factor of Safety (Fos) of 1.4 was applied. By implementing this design, there is an 87.6% reduction in mass compared to the original materials.
