Pretty simple. I needed a way to mount my router under my desk (tiny apartment) and gorilla tape didn't hold. Remixed one I found and added space to breathe on the sides. You'll need to have ultimaker (or whatever you use) create it's own supports. I have no idea how to include them. Screws I used were a #6 3/4 inch wood screw. There are four holes but I just added 3 screws and skipped the middle one. Can probably use this for other things you want to mount. Might need to make it longer/shorter.
