This is a straightforward method for adding cable management to the bottom of any desk. Simply use 20 mm double-sided tape or your preferred adhesive. Update 1/5/2016: I experienced issues with these staying attached to my desk, so I added a hole allowing them to be secured with screws. Update 2/5/2016: This design didn't meet my expectations, so I completely re-designed it.
