Uncooked Biscuit Holder

Uncooked Biscuit Holder

thingiverse

This Thing is designed to tackle a minor annoyance: After opening a tube of uncooked biscuits (that's American-style biscuits) and baking one or two of them, the remaining biscuits, once wrapped in plastic wrap, tend to topple over if stored upright or become misshapen if stored on their side. After experiencing this mishap one too many times, I created this Thing to resolve the problem; it holds a stack of uncooked biscuits, wrapped in plastic wrap or aluminum foil, upright without them falling over. I'm providing two `.stl` files: one for "jumbo" biscuits commonly found in my local supermarkets and another for non-jumbo/mini biscuits. If you want to use this Thing with a different product size or in an entirely new way, you can modify it using OpenSCAD (http://www.openscad.org) or Thingiverse's Customizer feature. You'll likely need to adjust the `height` and `innerDiameter` variables, which define the volume held within the Thing. The minimumThickness and maximumThickness variables control the thickness of the tines at the top and bottom, respectively.
