One of my first tool purchases as a plastics processing technician apprentice was a Mitsutomo unbraco keyset for tool changes. I immediately fell in love with the convenience it offered during long days on the job. Unfortunately, carrying the set in my hammer loop has taken its toll - the rubber is now worn down to the point where it's barely holding together. I've found myself forced to either live with this subpar setup or print a new holder, which I'm confident will last me at least five years. Printer Settings: * Printer: Ormerod 2 (model 528.4) * Raft Support: No * Supports: None required * Resolution: A precise 0.2mm * Infill Percentage: A moderate 20% Design Notes: The design is straightforward and functional, with eight solid bottom and top layers for added stability. I carefully mimicked the original layout of the keyset, taking care to ensure that each key has a spacious .5mm clearance around it. Additionally, I left a generous 3mm gap between each key to prevent any accidental key sticking or jamming during use.
