Introducing Unbeatable Beats! The Boom Box Design That Flows With the Music... Unbeatable Beats is my portable speaker set that cuts no corners with curves. I've designed some speaker sets where you can position the speakers and hang them on the wall. This time, I wanted to create an all-in-one design, increasing portability - leaving cables free to roam, untangling themselves when your back's turned. Everything in this set is contained... except for the auxiliary jack, which can't get into much trouble on its own anyway! This product was made possible by the 3W Class D Stereo Amplifier available online from Kitronik. The stereo kit shown naked below... Kitronik has become my go-to choice for DIY electronics due to how easy they make the 'electronics' part of the project: - The kit comes with a step-by-step booklet on how to assemble it. - All components are numbered, and their place and number are written on the circuit board. You'll need to know how to use a soldering iron - but not much more! The circuit board is set out with plenty of space, so mistakes and messy soldering won't ruin your day! The kit costs $25, and the sound quality is great. We often revert to thinking that commercial speakers are better quality because it's their industry - they understand creating products with good sound quality. I can happily say I was wrong here; the price of the kit ($25) is better than many available options, and the sound quality is great. Before casting any aspersions on homemade kits, have a listen to the sound quality here, even taken with a phone mic!
