These parts replace screws that attach wings with pins for easy setup and tear-down, no tools required to store the plane in a box. To install, remove original mounts and replace them with these parts, then use a pin instead of screws. The original wing mount was installed from the top, but the pin version is installed from the bottom. A battery holder traps wing pins from falling out and ensures consistent CG by "jigging" the battery. This holder is held in place by Velcro, eliminating the need for Velcro on batteries themselves. The holder has sides taller than the battery to protect it and the fuselage like a landing skid. A tab on the back of the holder is used to remove it; you'll need to file away a flat spot in the foam fuselage for the tab. This holder was designed specifically for the Lectron Pro 3.7v 250mAh 45C battery, but stock batteries are slightly too wide for it. I print these parts in ABS to make them more durable and flexible, although PLA works as well. To avoid using supports: rotate the fuselage mount 8 degrees to lay it down flat; print the pin on its side; and print the battery holder upside down (use a parts fan to cool the top which prevents sagging when bridging).
