"Umulius Rectangulum", 3D Printed: My Masterpiece of Origami Artistry I proudly present "Umulius Rectangulum", 3D Printed, my personal interpretation of the ingenious origami design created by Thoki Yenn. Like its paper counterpart, this 3D printed version requires just one part, expertly crafted six times in complementary colors to bring this elegant and clever design to life on your 3D printer. Two sizes of the single required component are included in the download: standard and small. A subpar video of the small assembly process can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlL1DDh4PnU. The printing time varies greatly depending on your printer's specifications and settings, but I estimate that the small version can be printed within an hour or so, whereas the large version demands significantly longer print times. For seasoned origami enthusiasts, a video tutorial showcasing the paper version's assembly process is available here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdOpxqMxQ3A&feature=youtu.be. Designed using Sketchup Make 2015 and printed in PLA on an Ultimaker 2 Extended with Cura settings as described in Print Settings, "Umulius Rectangulum", 3D Printed is a true marvel of modern 3D printing technology.
