umo mod: stable print table lock nut

I've just successfully printed a reliable version of the print table lock nut using Ultimaker. If you're not satisfied with the original design or encounter issues with the spring, as I did, I highly recommend printing this alternative! This modification was inspired by Thingiverse's project #21480. Updates to the design include: On June 6th, 2014 at 22:31, I increased the diameter of the middle hole from 2.9 to 2.95 millimeters. Later on June 7th, 2014 at 00:03, I revised this change and decreased it back to 2.925 but added a chamfer to the bottom of the hole for better functionality. After further testing, on June 7th, 2014 at 17:53, I reverted back to the original diameter of 2.9 millimeters as the chamfer had resolved the issues encountered with the spring.
