I printed my clip in 3D PA6 nylon, a material almost as good for this application as Delrin, which I sourced from http://fbrc8.com/. Next, I drilled out the undersized hole to the correct size. This file will save you some time when cutting the clip from the above parts sheet and repairing the mesh model of the trimmed part. Don't forget to use a brim in Cura if you're printing with nylon!
