Some handles I've made for drawer and door for a furnitures. I had m3 threaded brass inserts so I made the hole for this. There's enough room to expand this hole for m4 or m5 brass inserts. The Umbreon "Stencil" is 5mm and the cylinder for the screw is 17mm. So the handle in total is 22mm.
