It's a typical Monday morning for John. He wakes up to the sound of his alarm blaring loudly in his ear. Rubbing his tired eyes, he rolls over and reaches for his phone on the nightstand. After silencing the alarm, he checks the time and yawns, feeling a bit drowsy after a late night. He gets out of bed, brushes his teeth, and heads to the kitchen to start his day with a cup of coffee.
