UM3 buildplate distance tool

I'd give credit where it's due, but I'm not sure who created it over at UM HQ. If you're around, speak up! This tool makes it easy to set the correct distance between the top of the base plate and the bottom of the heater plate. This is crucial for automatic bed levelling to work properly. You shouldn't need this normally, but if your bed has become seriously misaligned, this is a quick way to get back on track before doing a manual bed levelling procedure.
