UM2 Ultimaker 2 1-piece sliding block with 6mm offset

This is a sliding block for an Ultimaker 2 (and possibly other printer models). It is printed in one piece. The length is no longer than the bearing, and has a 6mm offset. The 6mm offset lets you have a larger print volume when using a custom print head, where the guide rods on that printhead are also offset.There is no integrated belt tensioner, that has to be taken care of on the other side of the belt.Slide the bearings in from one end, and snap the printhead guide rods in place. It retains the printhead guide rods more firmly than the stock guide blocks.I have printed mine with in ABS with 0.3mm first layer, 0.1mm layer height, 4 walls, 10 top/bottom layers and 40% honeycomb infill. You will need two A blocks and two B blocks.Share your mods! I'd like to see them!
