Print with ABS to avoid warping issues. I used Polycarbonate, but ABS should work just as well. The linear bearing should click into place smoothly. If there's a gap between the two pieces, it means the bearing isn't fully seated. Adjust your print quality to ensure a snug fit, and consider trimming the top points of the bearing alignment on both parts – they tend to develop small knobs at the end.
