These Fan Ducts are specifically designed to fit the Olson Block, making them suitable for users who run dual extruders. Simply mirror the LH Fan Duct design to ensure a perfect fit. They also work seamlessly with a Rear Fan Duct on the rear fan. The Fans are gently pushed into the Duct, requiring no screws, and they swivel on the rear print head assembly screws while latching onto the front two. After printing, use a 3.0mm drill to clean out the mounting holes for smooth installation. To fit the Ducts, remove the two rear print head assembly screws (long vertical knurled), insert the Ducts, add spacers to the long screws if needed, and reassemble. The spacers counteract the thread that extends through the bottom plate, usually around 3mm, so adjust as necessary. If you add spacers to the rear, remember to also add them to the front for balanced fitment. Once fitted, the ducts can swivel out of the way for full access to the heater block (don't forget to latch back into printing position before "Home Head" after maintenance). There are two sets available: one with a notch (B,D,F) to enhance airflow towards the print nozzle and another without (A,C,E). The RH Duct has various shape variants, but I've only tested the A & B versions. Be prepared for improved flow, which may necessitate reducing the percentage flow depending on your heater's specifications. For Olson Block users, a 35W heater from "3Dsolex" is an excellent option. Please share your experiences and comments with these ducts.
