This bracket stabilizes the Ultimaker 2 heated build plate, effectively eliminating the problem of vibration caused by fast motion. I've been using and testing it for several weeks now, and the results have been dramatic for me. I'm eager to collect feedback as I have another solution in mind and am looking for beta testers who can help me refine it (see below). Installation is straightforward - the bracket mounts to the side of the build plate (not the glass) and uses a foam pad (not included) to distribute downward force evenly. The gentle force required is similar to using your finger to dampen vibration, and I find that one works well but two provides even better results. It takes some time to set up initially, but once installed, you can simply forget about it - it won't interfere with your printing process and is designed to break off if ever it gets in the way. Please exercise caution during installation and share your feedback on how well it works for you. Thanks for taking an interest in this design! I'm having a blast creating new things, and I'd love it if you print out this bracket and have any ideas or feedback to share - please click like and/or write me a comment. Thanks again, and may the force be with you!
