The way I crafted the mask was identical to how I created the bust for Ultron. Working from reference materials found in the movie and online artworks, I started modeling the head of Ultron from popular superhero comic and film series The Avengers. Using ZBrush, I drew the shape of the mask on a head until I was satisfied with the results. Next, I unwrapped the model to use the black and white texture/alphas as guides. From there, I exported the model into 3ds Max for retopology, then reimported the updated subtools from 3ds Max back into ZBrush to dynamesh it into a fully printable file.
