Ultrastryfe Wheels for Plus Motor
thingiverse
Flywheels for the Ultrastryfe Gen 4 cage, but for [Kelly Industries Plus Motors](https://kellyindustries.us/collections/flywheel-parts/products/plus-motor-brushless). External geometry is more or less copied directly from the G4.6 wheel files, but the internal geometry has been adapted for use with Plus motors. The Plus motors need a little convincing to fit in the Ultrastryfe cage, but with a bit of effort (and maybe a small knife) they will fit. Attaching the wheels to the motors should be simple; they are designed to take the same M3x8mm countersunk machine screws that are used to attach the motors to the cage. Two sets of files are available, the regular set (0.15mm clearance) and the "0tol" set (0mm clearance). For typical FDM 3D printing, the regular set is probably the one you want. If you're doing SLS or just have loose flywheels, the "0tol" set might be more useful. [Note] I haven't been able to test L4.2 yet due to filament issues, but all the critical dimensions not mentioned in the changelog are the exact same as the previous version. If the previous version worked for you, you shouldn't need to switch to this version. If the previous version didn't fit for you without modification, this should work without modification. Changelog: L4.1 - Introduced L4.2 - Added a chamfer for easier install, increased diameter of central hole, slight modifications to other noncritical dimensions, updated description
