Ultrasound Turning Spider Head (Rear-Mount)
cults3d
I crafted a compact module to house an ultrasound sensor and positioning capabilities within it. Space was limited, with no room for large angular movements, so I consolidated everything into the device's head. I utilized a servo cable to route supply, trigger, and echo pins from the head, while splicing the ground wire into the servo ground connection. The wires were carefully guided upwards through the top of the head and then downward through the neck holes. After confirming functionality, I used hot melt glue to secure everything together, preventing any potential jamming issues during movement.
