Ultrasonic Servo Horn (Side)
thingiverse
This servo horn mounts onto an ultrasonic rangefinder (HC-SR04). It secures on the side, not the bottom, enabling pitch instead of yaw, a characteristic found in other designs I've discovered. I'm sharing Autodesk files so users can modify them to fit their ultrasonic sensor. Printing this part requires attention to support orientation, ensuring minimal supports are generated. Attach the assembled parts to the servo horn prior to securing it into place on the servo mount. To simplify this process, attach and then detach the screw while placing the servo onto the mount, allowing for easier attachment and minimizing required force.
