Use complete file for both parts together or box and lid if you want to print them separately. This is a modified version of the housing designed by dstark, tailored specifically for the US-100 ultrasonic sensor. Given that the sensors' positions differ, I had to adjust the lid accordingly. The modification was made from the STL version of the model, which I only discovered later, resulting in a larger and slightly glitchy lid model file. However, these minor flaws did not affect the print's quality. To accommodate the back pins and enhance compatibility with the US-100 sensor, I increased the height of the box and expanded the top connector to fit the sensor's 5-pin configuration. **Print Settings** * Printer Brand: FlashForge * Printer Model: Creator Pro * Rafts: No * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.2mm * Infill: 10% * Notes: I employed supports for the top hole of the housing, but it's likely unnecessary. This should be an easy print to execute. It is crucial that the print does not shrink or the sensor will not fit properly within the housing. The lid is exceptionally tight and requires precise fitting. **Assembly** To assemble the components, start by inserting the sensor into the lid first, ensuring that the pins are oriented downwards. Once the sensor is correctly seated in the lid, it should lie flat against the base of the lid. Subsequently, align the pins with the base and carefully insert the lid into its designated position within the base.
