This is a housing designed to house a range finder buzzer/vibration device that assists individuals who are blind. The enclosure will accommodate an ultrasonic device, an Arduino Nano board, and a single 9-volt battery. Its purpose is to be securely attached to the top of a cane for easy transportation. Users can download the accompanying code, which has been made available upon popular request. To successfully upload this code to your Arduino, ensure that you have installed the necessary timerOne library within your IDE. Begin by navigating to the top of your Arduino IDE and selecting "Sketch," followed by "Include Library" and then "Manage Library." Type in "timerOne" within the search field and click on the install button to complete the process. Once installed, upload the "cane_for_the_blind_3_with_detached_interrupt.ino" code into your Arduino for optimal functionality.
