A basic mock up off a cutter using ultasonic blades to cut continous lines of food on a conveyor up to a thickness of 20MM and 100mm long. The finished vrsion which has all the guards and sensors is in use on a production line in a bakery at Blackburn (UK), producing food stuff such as jam rolls and cake bars before they are coated in chocolate and sent to the main 5 supermarkets in the UK
