Ultrasonic Cleaner Drainage Accessories

<p>This is a series of drainage accessories designed for the CO-Z 6L ultrasonic cleaner, but I'm sure it would fit any other of the cheap ultrasonic cleaners that look like the one sold by CO-Z.</p><p>They're all designed to print on the plate of a SLA printer.</p><p>They didn't leak in my tests, but I still put some PTFE tape on the threads to seal them.</p><p>I've attached Fusion 360 files for your customizing enjoyment.</p><p>Thread profile: 16mm x 1.25 pitch</p><h3>Spout</h3><p>It provides a sharp low edge so that liquid doesn't dribble out on to the table as it drains.</p><p>Print it spout-side down</p><h3>Barbed Hose Connector</h3><p>Connector for a 12mm inner diameter hose. Use a hose clamp.</p><p>Print it threaded side down.</p><h3>90 Degree Barbed Hose Connector</h3><p>Same as above, but with a 90 degree angle.</p><p>Print threaded side down and add a couple supports for the right angle part</p><p>This is <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4898186">a cross-post from Thingiverse</a>, where there may be more discussion on the model.</p>
