This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1lSOTSdA59U A battery holder for a V2 ultrasaber, specifically designed to accommodate the buckpuck current regulator and 2 of the Li-ion batteries. Instructions to complete this project are straightforward. Add conductors to the design by using the slot in the bottom to connect the + terminal of one battery to the - terminal of the other. To connect the Vin wires of the buckpuck, you'll need to feed them to opposite sides of the battery holder, securing them with a contact that allows for a smooth flow of current. There is ample clearance within the holder for the batteries to sit comfortably. Adding foam to cradle the batteries securely is recommended, but I found the print was sturdy enough without it. The + and - wires from the buckpuck's LED output can be easily connected to a switch and then the LED, making the overall process efficient. The outer dimensions of this holder make it ideal for V2 ultrasabers. In fact, I used it to replace the original 4AAA battery holder and resistor that came with mine, upgrading its performance and efficiency.
