Ultrasabers 12MM Switch Bushing

This 3D printed bushing serves a dual purpose: remounting an Ultrasabers switch that has been removed, and accommodating a third-party 12mm switch. Unlike Ultrasabers' standard practice of using hot glue to secure their switches, this bushing offers a more precise fit. To remove the switch, heat it gently with a hair dryer or heat gun before carefully prying the switch and bezel away from the hilt. Once the hot glue is completely removed, the bushing can be used in its place. Some minor sanding may be necessary to get the bushing started into the hole. Next, align the original bezel and press the bushing firmly into the hole until it is flush with the top surface of the bezel. Finally, you can insert the old or new switch into the bushing hole. Be mindful not to scratch your bezel or hilt during this process.
