Printed with PLA at 20% infill, it weighs only 0.25 ounces, less than my titanium spoon. To make this spoon smoother, you'll need to do some post-print processing. Some supports will also be required. However, since it's free and lighter in weight, you can cut costs and weight by using this spoon. Be sure to print at high resolution (0.12 mm) for better water tightness. If desired, you can spray the spoon with silicone for additional protection. I added a hole for a carabiner so you can attach it to the outside of your pack. Printing in ABS at 100% infill may help this spoon last longer.
