Very specific to this make of headlamp but may be of use to somone. Rather than putting this in the bin I made a new bracket.  PLA and print time around 1 hour with 4 walls for strength. Will need supports to ensure the hole for the button is created. Hope this helps someone. :) added in images of the part I replaced.
