UltraHDMI No Cut Mod
thingiverse
Update 12/14/18 A new base is now available for the Pikachu version of the system, along with a couple of 2mm screws that must be used to secure the UltraHDMI to the base and prevent it from shifting around. The UltraHDMI mod for the N64 is an excellent way to bring N64 gaming into the modern era on a high-definition television. However, one major drawback is the necessary cutting of the shell to accommodate the new miniHDMI port. While many users are more than willing to make this compromise, some gamers prefer to keep their console in pristine condition. The UltraHDMI #NoCutMod comprises two 3D printed parts that work together seamlessly. One part elevates the UltraHDMI board to the correct height, allowing it to clear the back of the bottom shell without any issues. The other part replaces the small piece that covers the multiout, giving users the option to set this part aside if they ever want to revert the mod.
