This flashlight stand is based on my original Trustfire 3T6 flashlight stand, located at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:618322. I have updated the OpenSCAD file to calculate the stand's thickness so I suggest starting with this version for any derivative designs you might be working on. Be aware that there are numerous copies of my design being made by others; please verify that your dimensions match mine - switch end diameter is 24mm, LED end is 24.5mm, head diameter is 32mm, and center-to-center distance between supports is 59mm. If you need to accommodate a different size and aren't familiar with OpenSCAD, just let me know and I can generate and upload an updated version. Instructions: My current settings are outlined below; feel free to adjust according to your needs. Layer height set to 0.2mm Filtration level set to medium density (30% filled) Number of shells at the standard (2) setting
