Here is a simple solution for mounting an LED flashlight on a wall so that it can be easily accessed when needed. To remove the flashlight, carefully lift it up until the lens assembly is clear and then slide it out horizontally from its holder. This will prevent the body of the flashlight from falling out unless it's first lifted off its mount. It's best to print this device with its flat back against the bed of your 3D printer. There are some overhanging sections, but mine printed just fine without using support material. Alternatively, you could also print it with its larger opening facing down towards the bed of your printer.
