I crafted this tool specifically to cradle an Ultrafire 18850 LED flashlight securely in place beside a portable roll-away toolbox. Its sturdy design features counter-sunk screw head fittings, which I deliberately made loose for optimal stability. To prevent any potential shifting or vibration, I took the added precaution of attaching 1" self-adhesive felt pads to the bottom and middle section of one side - this ensures a snug fit that keeps everything in place.
