This ultrafiltrate system is designed for seamless integration with 250, 500, and 1000 milliliter bottles and Millipore filters featuring a 0.45 micrometer pore size and 50 millimeter diameter. The system can be efficiently sterilized using gas, alcohol, or ultraviolet light, ensuring the liquid remains sterile at all times. By doing so, it eliminates the need to transfer the liquid from a sterile container to the bottle, minimizing contamination risks. The design is optimized for easy printing and assembly, requiring only epoxy glue as an adhesive material. An additional component, an O-ring with a diameter of 45 millimeters, is also necessary.
